You struggle to close a sale even when the customer seems to be interested. You don't want to seem pushy or insistent. You wake up in the middle of the night thinking about your financial situation. You don't understand why the sale didn't close. You feel discouraged when you can't properly respond to objections.

Wouldn't you like to:

 - Increase your closing rate.

 - Increase your income.

 - Have a set of skills at your disposal that will improve your sales pitch.

 - Learn how to read your customers and use that information to increase your chances of closing.

 - Learn how to use body language to create rapport

 - Learn how to apply simple yet effective psychological techniques to learn what your customers really want.

 - Learn how to prevent buyer's remorse.

 - Have peace of mind knowing that all your financial needs and wants are met.

You have probably already tried reading sales techniques books, taking sales and marketing workshops, watched countless webinars online that promise to give you useful information to only up-sell you into buying a course...and yet you are still struggling.

I know how difficult the sales process can be at times, I started selling encyclopedias when I was 11 years old, door to door, without anything else but a suitcase and some brochures to sell those expensive collections.

I know how frustrating it can be to deal with resistant customers when they voice their objections. I understand how stressful working in sales can be, how prospecting can be time-consuming.

I created "Sales Solutions Toolbox" because I believe that having the right tools at your disposal translates into a more confident, clear, and solid sales process which increases your selling power.

Through a mix of hypnosis, nlp, social engineering, neuroscience, and body language you will learn simple yet effective techniques to take your sales to the next level.

My goal is to offer you all the tools necessary so that you can increase your sales, become more confident, manage objections and close the sale without having to worry about your customer developing "buyer's remorse".

"Sales Solutions Toolbox" offers workshops, training, and consulting both in-person and online.

If you are serious about taking your selling skills to the next level, then this website and its content are for you. If you are willing to invest your hard-earned money in training that will give you results, then my workshops are a fit for you.

workshops and training

No matter what you are selling, there is a time in which you have to pitch your idea, concept, service or product to potential buyers or investors.

In this workshop, you will learn how to design and deliver successful sales pitches.

Learn 10 steps that will allow you to pitch your product or service effectively. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to create effective pitches that will allow your client to engage with you, increasing the probability of closing the sale.

This workshop is designed to be delivered in a group setting. Minimum 6 people.

One of the most nerve-wracking experiences for anyone involved in sales are the objections presented by the client and how to handle them in a positive and constructive way so that the sale is closed.

Knowing your product and believing in it is only part of the objection management process, but in order to manage objections, your client needs to be in the right mindset.

In this workshop, you will learn the secrets to handle objections and how to get the client to agree with the benefits and advantages of your product or service and how to guide your client towards the optimal mindset.

This workshop can be delivered one on one or in a group setting.

Imagine for a moment that you have bought the latest book, phone, computer or anything that you thought about buying for a long time. It doesn’t necessarily need to be something expensive.

When you start thinking about purchasing something you attach some expectations to the purchase. When you get home and after a very short period of time (usually a couple of hours) you feel that you could have been ok without it and could have saved the money, leaving you with a sense of dissatisfaction and remorse for buying something you really didn’t need.

We have all been there or at least know someone that has gone through that same situation.

In this course, I will teach you 3 simple steps that will prevent your client from experiencing “buyer’s remorse”  and allow them to enjoy the purchase they have made.

This workshop can be delivered one on one or in a group setting.

Every purchase is based on emotional states. From a new phone to a new house, the final purchase is always attached to a specific emotion.

Learning how to read a client’s emotional state at the time of the sales process will allow you to understand them better.

By understanding “where they are” you will be able to change a negative emotion to a positive one so that you can deliver your message in the most effective way.

This workshop can be delivered one on one or in a group setting.

You might have read some books on body language and after finishing them you realize the information is not easily applied to your day to day life.

In this course, I offer you a no-nonsense approach to reading your client’s body language, what their body is communicating (it is not always aligned with what they are saying), and how to apply that information in your selling process.

You will also learn why it is important to be able to understand all these non-verbal communication cues and how not paying attention to them can affect the overall impact of your presentation or pitch.

Once you learn these techniques you will be able to apply them individually or in group situations.

This workshop can be delivered one on one or in a group setting.

The Cambridge English dictionary defines rapport as a good understanding of someone and the ability to communicate well with them.

Having rapport with your client is one of the most, if not the most important step in any social, personal and business interaction.

Look at it this way. If you have a solid, positive rapport with your client the possibility of closing a sale is greater than closing a sale with someone you don’t have any rapport with.

Have you ever said: “I don’t like going into X store because the guys there always want to force a sale on me”?

If so, you are not alone. That conflict is the result of not having any kind of rapport with potential clients and that can turn into bad reviews, bad customer service, and overall bad experience.

In this course, I will teach you 10 secrets to create and maintain rapport that you can apply in your personal, social and professional life.

This workshop can be delivered one on one or in a group setting.

We talk and interact with a lot of people in our lives, but sometimes what is being said is not necessarily aligned with what their bodies and expressions are transmitting.

The position of our arms, hands, and feet can give away valuable information that is otherwise almost impossible to detect verbally.

There are also many non-verbal expressions that take a fraction of a second,  that when you are able to detect, they can give you more information than words can at any given moment.

In this course, I will teach you how to detect, read and interpret those non-verbal expressions and how you can use that information during interviews, pitches, arguments, discussions or when selling your product.

This workshop can be delivered one on one or in a group setting.
